G-001: How can I order products from Mightex?
[A] For fastest delivery, you may simply order products directly on Mightex’s website www.mightexsystems.com. All you need to do is to add the products to shopping cart, and then click “Checkout or Get a Quotation”. You would then need to provide your credit card information, billing and shipping address(es) in order to complete the transaction. Our eCommerce system would be able to automatically calculate the shipping cost, and add it to the payment total.
If you prefer to provide your credit card details to one of our sales staff to place an order, you may email your Purchase Order to sales@mightex.com, and provide the following credit card information by fax at 1-416-840-6541 or by phone at 1-416-840-4991:
(1) Card type (e.g. VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, etc.);
(2) Card #;
(3) Security code;
(4) Expiration date;
(5) Card holder’s name – exactly as shown on the card; and
(6) Detailed billing address – exactly as shown on credit card bills.
Alternatively, we also accept payment by wire transfer. For more details, please send your request by email to sales@mightex.com. Mightex make worldwide shipments from our Californian office. For in-stock items, we can usually make the shipments within 48 hours.
G-002: How can I obtain an official price quotation?
[A] All our product prices are listed on our website. If you need an official quotation (including shipping cost), you may get one directly from our website. All you need to do is to add the product(s) to shopping cart, and then click “Checkout or Get Quotation”. Once on the Checkout page, you need to provide your detailed billing and shipping address(es), and our eCommerce system would be able to calculate the shipping cost. Click “Get Quote” button on the Checkout page to download a PDF quotation. Mightex’s offers our products in several different currencies: USD for US only, CAD for Canada only, JPY for Japan, GPB for the UK, AUD for Australia and EURO for many other countries, based on the shipping address.
There are usually two shipping methods available: USPS (i.e. United States Postal Services) and FedEx. We strongly recommend FedEx for international shipments beyond continental US, as it is much more reliable in dealing with international customs and it is also much faster. All products are shopped FOB California.
G-003: Can I return products purchased from Mightex?

G-004: What are Mightex’s product Warranty Terms and Conditions?

G-005: How do I obtain an invoice for a past order?
[A] You may log into your account at www.mightexsystems.com, and download the invoice. Your login ID is the email address that you have used to place your order. If you have forgotten your password, you may click “account” icon on the top left-most of the page, input your email address, and then click the link ‘Reset your password’, and the website will guide you through the steps of resetting your password.
G-006: How do I know whether or not my order has been shipped by Mightex?
[A] As soon as your order is shipped by Mightex, our eCommerce system would be sending out the shipment details (including the tracking #) to you by email. In addition, you may also log into your account at www.mightexsystems.com, and view the shipment details online. Your login ID is the email address that you have used to place your order. If you have forgotten your password, you may click “login” on the top of the page, input your email address, and then click the link ‘Reset your password’, and the website will guide you through the steps of resetting your password.
G-007: Does Mightex accept blanket orders?
[A] Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted by our product management are FOB California, and shipping cost is extra. Please also note that Mightex doesn’t accept blanket orders, and OEM prices quoted by our product management are strictly based on per-shipment quantity.
